Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • strong clerical and customer service skills
  • experience with administrative tasks and receptionist duties
  • ability to communicate professionally via phone and email

Job Duties

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and scanning
  • coordinate overall administrative activities for the office
