Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- deliver outstanding service by addressing client concerns, researching solutions, and taking ownership through to resolution
- manage the operation of the switchboard and appropriately direct incoming calls
- perform daily administrative tasks including document indexing, tracking and sorting subpoenas, coordinating department celebrations, and assisting with high-priority projects
- train team members who will provide backup support for reception responsibilities
- support customer inquiries by consistently identifying and executing "Yes" opportunities during each interaction
- demonstrate schedule flexibility to provide coverage during unforeseen gaps, including support for executive staff during absences
