Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, copier, and scanner
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
- Visual acuity to read documents and monitor visitor activity
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
- Answer multiple phone lines courteously, screen calls, and route them to the correct department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including document preparation and mail handling
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
