Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, copier, and scanner
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
  • Visual acuity to read documents and monitor visitor activity

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Answer multiple phone lines courteously, screen calls, and route them to the correct department
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including document preparation and mail handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
