Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- manage the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
- provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
