Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum 1 year of relevant progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • understanding of business mathematics such as arithmetic, algebra, and ratios
  • strong clerical and organizational skills
  • problem-solving capability for diagnosing and resolving issues
  • ability to adhere to commitments
  • time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • clean driving record for operating company vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of progressive experience in a related position or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • skill in using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • knowledge of business math including arithmetic, algebra, and ratios
  • clerical skills sufficient to maintain organized work processes, files, and records
  • problem-solving skills including listening to, interpreting, and meeting needs of others

  • ability to manage time in a deadline-driven environment

  • ability to work independently with some direction

Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
  • scan, file, and organize the office to maximize efficiency
  • monitor, maintain, and order a stock of office supplies for all locations
  • reconcile accounts as needed to assist accounts receivable as directed by the controller
  • apply payments and record cashbox receipts as needed to assist accounts receivable
  • distribute materials including mail to all locations
  • deliver deposits to the bank daily while driving a company vehicle requiring a clean driving record
  • maintain proficiency in data entry, computerized systems, and other technologies
  • prepare and maintain various reports requested by management
  • prepare written and electronic correspondence
  • coordinate activities as directed by the controller
  • provide administrative and clerical support to management and departments including corporate office, sales, and operations
  • assist with special duties and assignments as needed to support efficient store or group functioning
