Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in reception or administrative role preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work on-site at the specified location

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and follow formalized check-in procedures
- Answer and direct calls
- Maintain cleanliness and supplies of reception and conference areas
- Schedule appointments and book rooms for interviews and visits
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with company events and celebrations including scheduling and communications
- Provide administrative support such as scanning, filing, entering purchase orders, and data entry
