Job Requirements

  • must be able to lift, carry, push, pull 25 lbs
  • must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer
  • stamina to sit and to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions
  • candidate may be expected to work varying hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization

Job Qualifications

  • 1 plus year in an administrative support role
  • 1 plus year experience with Microsoft Outlook calendar and email
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • excellent communication skills oral and written
  • strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • ability to remain professional under pressure and in difficult situations
  • willingness to work occasional non-standard hours for events
  • ability to travel 15 percent plus
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • provide responsive support to all 700 plus PeopleTec employee-owners
  • assist with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • provide social media assistance
  • assist with inventory for corporate facilities
  • coordinate shipping, mailing, and office supply purchasing
  • assist with conference room scheduling and meeting support
  • provide support to company leadership as needed
  • assist in planning and executing all company events
  • help with company morale initiatives
  • track and coordinate company birthday morale
  • help coordinate lunches and refreshments for meetings
  • perform clerical duties copying, filing, distributing correspondence
  • maintain a safe and secure office environment in accordance with FSO guidance
  • provide accurate information to internal and external inquiries
  • assist with front desk coverage for the corporate office
  • greet and assist visitors
  • maintain visitor logs and badges
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • maintain professional appearance of reception, conference rooms, and other common areas
