Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook including calendar and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure
  • Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours for events
  • Ability to travel 15% or more
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25 lbs
  • Ability to work varying hours to ensure successful operations

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year in an administrative support role
  • 1+ year experience with Microsoft Outlook including calendar and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide responsive support to all 700+ PeopleTec employee-owners
  • Assist with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide social media assistance
  • Assist with inventory for corporate facilities
  • Coordinate shipping, mailing, and office supply purchasing
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and meeting support
  • Provide support to company leadership as needed
  • Assist in planning and executing all company events
  • Help with company morale initiatives
  • Track and coordinate company birthday morale
  • Help coordinate lunches and refreshments for meetings
  • Perform clerical duties such as copying, filing, and distributing correspondence
  • Maintain a safe and secure office environment in accordance with FSO guidance
  • Provide accurate information to internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with front desk coverage for the corporate office
  • Greet and assist visitors and maintain visitor logs and badges
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Maintain professional appearance of reception, conference rooms, and other common areas
