Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience with administrative or receptionist duties preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • reliable transportation
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft 365 programs
  • proficient in Google Workspace or G Suite
  • a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for our team and customers, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • manage Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, company calendars, and email inboxes
  • help file and keep the office organized and running efficiently
  • assist with dispatching work orders to field technicians and managing technician paperwork
  • provide administrative support to the office team as needed
