Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with administrative or receptionist duties preferred
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for our team and customers, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- manage Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, company calendars, and email inboxes
- help file and keep the office organized and running efficiently
- assist with dispatching work orders to field technicians and managing technician paperwork
- provide administrative support to the office team as needed
