Job Requirements

  • 2 years of community college or bachelor's degree
  • previous receptionist experience, preferably on a multi-line switchboard
  • ability to multi-task and efficiently produce accurate and timely work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • extensive knowledge of organizational skills and office practices
  • computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel
  • proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
  • ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and work ethic
  • must be able to work overtime as required
  • US person with proper identification and documentation
  • up to 10 percent travel required
  • ability to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms
  • occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • ability to see close vision and color vision
  • work environment includes front-office and manufacturing areas in California
  • must pass background and reference checks, drug screen, and physical examination prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Greet incoming clients and visitors at the office
  • maintain and organize the front desk, coffee bar, break room, and other office areas
  • check daily mail and packages, distribute to designated team members and notify via Teams Messenger
  • receive, sort, route mail, print shipping labels, and coordinate outgoing parcels
  • maintain fax machines, assist users, send and retrieve faxes
  • manage breakroom and stockroom supplies for Bentonville office including stamps and shipping supplies
  • train backup receptionist and interns
  • assist with market research and lead generation for sales executives using ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI, prequalify leads and enter them into Outreach.IO CRM
  • coordinate company-wide and Bentonville events, serve as Culture Club liaison
  • lead facility management by coordinating maintenance requests and conducting fire extinguisher checks
  • scan and email billing statements, invoices and receipts to Accounts Payable
  • perform clerical duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, collating
  • coordinate pallet shipping with logistics and carriers
  • assist supply chain managers with inventory and data checks
  • assist project managers with inventory records, product fitments, and Walmart meetings
  • perform other duties as needed
