Job Requirements

  • US persons only including US citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees or asylees with proper identification
  • 2 years of community college or bachelor's degree
  • previous receptionist experience preferably on multi-line switchboard
  • ability to multi-task and efficiently produce accurate work in fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • extensive knowledge of organizational skills and office practices
  • computer proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
  • ability to work overtime
  • physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work approximately 70% time in an office, 20% in meetings, and 10% on manufacturing and distribution floor
  • must pass background, drug screen, and physical exam
  • up to 10% travel required

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of community college or bachelor's degree
  • previous receptionist experience preferably on a multi-line switchboard
  • ability to multi-task
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • extensive knowledge of organizational skills and office practices
  • computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
  • strong customer focus and work ethic
  • ability to work overtime as required

Job Duties

  • Greet incoming clients and visitors at the office
  • maintain and organize the front desk, coffee bar, break room, and other office areas
  • check daily mail and packages, distribute them and notify team members via Teams Messenger
  • receive, sort, and route mail, print shipping labels, and coordinate outgoing parcels
  • maintain fax machines and assist users
  • manage breakroom and stockroom supplies
  • train backup receptionist and interns
  • assist with market research and generating lead lists for sales executives using ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI
  • coordinate company-wide and Bentonville events
  • serve as facility management lead coordinating maintenance requests
  • scan billing statements, invoices, and receipts for Accounts Payable
  • perform clerical duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, and collating
  • coordinate shipping of pallets with logistics and carriers
  • assist Supply Chain Managers with inventory and data checks
  • assist Project Managers with inventory records, product fitments, and meeting needs
  • perform other duties as needed
