Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and shared areas
- Monitor and order office and breakroom supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events
- Support onboarding activities such as welcome packets, new hire setup, and first-day logistics
- Assist with internal communications and company-wide updates
