Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of office administration, customer service, or HR support experience
  • strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort learning new tools
  • excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
  • discretion, professionalism, and a passion for helping people
  • interest in pursuing a career in HR or People Operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and shared areas
  • Monitor and order office and breakroom supplies as needed
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events
  • Support onboarding activities such as welcome packets, new hire setup, and first-day logistics
  • Assist with internal communications and company-wide updates
