Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- provide routine information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
- Maintain organized office files and records
- prepare reports and forms
- Create and update documents, logs, and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel
- Scan, index, and maintain records in electronic document management systems
- Review forms and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Track office supplies and prepare requisitions when needed
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and coverage to support office operations
- Compile and summarize data for reports and administrative use
- Support process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
