Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized office files and records
  • prepare reports and forms
  • Create and update documents, logs, and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel
  • Scan, index, and maintain records in electronic document management systems
  • Review forms and documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Track office supplies and prepare requisitions when needed
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and coverage to support office operations
  • Compile and summarize data for reports and administrative use
  • Support process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
