Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative assistant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite and related software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Poised and professional demeanor
- Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work onsite full-time Monday through Friday
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Dropbox, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in an architecture, engineering, or professional services firm preferred
- Familiarity with project management or time tracking software preferred
- Event coordination or hospitality background preferred
Job Duties
- Greet clients, consultants, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage a multi-line phone system, screening and routing calls appropriately
- Monitor voicemails and general email inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain the reception and common areas to ensure a professional and organized space
- Open and close the office daily, ensuring readiness and security
- Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and COO
