Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • At least two years of clerical, reception, or administrative experience
  • School district or public sector experience preferred
  • Fingerprint clearance card required or ability to obtain upon hire

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome the public, staff, and visitors to the District Office in a professional and courteous manner
  • Screen visitors, conduct background checks, and process fingerprinting as required by District policies
  • Manage badging processes for employees, contractors, and visitors
  • Answer, screen and route phone calls to appropriate staff, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments along with providing accurate information to caller
  • Provide translation/interpretation support for families and staff as needed
  • Handle customer service matters, including addressing complaints and resolving concerns or directing them appropriately
  • Provide clerical support to the Superintendent's Office, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation
