Job Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- ability to communicate effectively with visitors and staff
- basic computer skills
- dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- experience in reception or administrative roles preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple phone lines and maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Responds to the community at large as they enter the lobby
- answer central phone lines and monitor cameras at locked entrances and respond properly to those asking to enter
- assures that those entering sign-in properly via Accushield System
- appropriately uses overhead paging system and radio system in the facility
- respond appropriately to emergency calls and alarms
