Job Requirements

Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
ability to communicate effectively with visitors and staff
basic computer skills
dependability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
experience in reception or administrative roles preferred
strong communication skills
ability to manage multiple phone lines and maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

Responds to the community at large as they enter the lobby
answer central phone lines and monitor cameras at locked entrances and respond properly to those asking to enter
assures that those entering sign-in properly via Accushield System
appropriately uses overhead paging system and radio system in the facility
respond appropriately to emergency calls and alarms
