Job Duties

  • create a positive first impression for all in-person, telephone, email, text contacts
  • manage applicant flow and assist with recruiting efforts
  • handle office administration on an as-needed basis
  • assist with inside sales efforts as needed
  • answer inbound telephone calls, route calls, and take messages
  • draft emails using Microsoft Outlook and write other documents using Microsoft Word
  • data entry into databases
  • perform all other office tasks
