Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • availability to work full-time on-site Monday to Friday
  • ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times
  • experience with event planning preferred
  • knowledge of basic office equipment and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Manage expense reports as needed
  • greet visitors and manage visitor check-ins
  • assist with guest badges and ordering of badges
  • help plan and manage company events
  • manage events calendar
  • perform AED system checks as backup
  • maintain office and kitchen supplies inventory
  • distribute deliveries and handle mail
  • manage lost and found
  • distribute new hire equipment as needed
  • assist with event setup and breakdown
  • support remote to hybrid/on-site transition
  • plan, schedule, and communicate crisis management sessions
  • perform emergency pods inventory checks
  • collaborate with internal communications on company events
  • sign for packages
  • send site messages about maintenance and office impacts
