Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or receptionist role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google docs
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • satisfactory results from background check
  • satisfactory motor vehicle record check
  • drug screening clearance
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • ability to perform sedentary work with some physical activity
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
  • performs administrative and clerical support tasks
  • performs basic filing and recordkeeping
  • performs other duties
