Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or receptionist role
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google docs
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- satisfactory results from background check
- satisfactory motor vehicle record check
- drug screening clearance
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform sedentary work with some physical activity
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests
- determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
- answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
- takes messages and schedules appointments
- receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
- performs administrative and clerical support tasks
- performs basic filing and recordkeeping
- performs other duties
