Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred but not required
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience highly valued
- Experience handling phones, scheduling, or working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Must successfully complete and pass state-required background checks prior to working with residents
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience handling phones, scheduling, or working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of energy
- Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and serve as the main communication hub
- Greet residents, families, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Help guide guests and families to resident rooms
- Assist vendors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Support leadership and team members including the CEO, Admissions, and Business Office Manager
- Serve as a reliable resource for general questions and information
- Keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
