Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred but not required
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience highly valued
  • Experience handling phones, scheduling, or working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Must successfully complete and pass state-required background checks prior to working with residents
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and serve as the main communication hub
  • Greet residents, families, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Help guide guests and families to resident rooms
  • Assist vendors and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Support leadership and team members including the CEO, Admissions, and Business Office Manager
  • Serve as a reliable resource for general questions and information
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
