Job Duties
- Professionally greets, welcomes, and directs visitors
- notifies staff of visitor arrivals
- serves as the primary front-of-house contact for the corporate office
- performs daily opening and closing procedures
- maintains a clean and organized front desk and lobby
- manages incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- accepts and logs deliveries
- processes mail
- tracks overnight shipments
- coordinates carrier pick-ups
- assists with mailings
- manages employee and visitor security badge processes
- partners with Facilities for building access and security protocols
- maintains and updates evacuation logs and emergency procedures
- supports office safety readiness
- supports administrative onboarding functions
- maintains associate directories and intranet resources
- coordinates ordering and distribution of associate materials
- administers KEMBA Wear orders
- provides administrative support to Human Resources and Training teams
- assists with preparation and distribution of reports and documentation
- supports learning and development resources
- manages Learner Library inventory
- supports HR and Training Teams with documentation and version control
- maintains confidentiality of Human Resources matters
- complies with industry regulations and company policies
- communicates effectively with coworkers and visitors
- performs other duties as assigned
