Job Duties
- Screen visitors to ensure security to the building
- ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor's pass
- provide daily coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks
- connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties
- perform overhead paging
- notify admissions coordinator of customer tour requests
- obtain wheelchairs for patients
- report unusual behavior in lobby or parking area
- notify nursing of patient gift arrivals
- postmark outgoing mail
- distribute incoming mail
- log all incoming job applications
