Job Duties

  • Answer phones using a script and direct customers to the correct personnel
  • Ensure that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally
  • Follow the guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate information in applicant tracking system
  • Call candidates to do preliminary calls and schedule interviews for management
  • Work well under pressure
  • Acquire a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealership
  • Develop proficiency with all features of the dealership software
  • Ensure all information entered in the software is consistent and accurate
  • Assist management with reminders and planning of birthday and anniversary recognition activities
  • Maintain and order all office supplies
  • Handle invoicing for general dealership services such as paint or repairs, cleaning service
  • Perform specific month end tasks as directed including preparing reports or submitting information via specialized websites/platforms
  • Prepare basic reports for used car CPOs
  • Assist with other special tasks or duties as assigned
