Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen
Acceptable oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred

Job Duties

Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner
Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information
Update the communication log at the end of every shift
Collaborate with other departments to assist with requests and shift coverage
Order and maintain office and visit room supplies
