Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • ability to use 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
  • pleasant voice with clear speech
  • effective communication skills
  • able to work Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • ability to operate standard office equipment
  • pleasant voice and clear speech
  • experience in senior care or healthcare preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • greet visitors and serve as the initial point of contact within the facility
  • answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate parties
  • provide general administrative support
  • use office equipment such as 10 key calculators, copiers, and mailing machines
  • maintain a pleasant voice and clear speech in all communications
  • manage scheduling and appointment coordination
  • assist with data entry and record keeping
