Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and assist with their needs
- answer and direct incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate departments
- keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting
- promptly manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- support general office operations with administrative tasks including filing, copying, and printing
- oversee office supplies inventory and restock as needed
