Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and Wait Time Monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- make recommendations on retail products
- manage flow of customers between check-in and service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby
- manage answering phone
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- work flexible schedule, including peak times
- resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- commit to great customer service
- work in a fast-paced environment
