Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information or forwarding to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and organize office spaces, including break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring proper setup of conference rooms and equipment
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and restocking as needed
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including managing agendas and taking actionable notes
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborate with the operations team and local market leader to support office functions
  • Monitor and respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and physical mail
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while addressing operational needs
