Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have phone operator or front desk receptionist experience
  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excel and Microsoft Word experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including mid-day, evening and weekend shifts
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Previous phone operator or front desk receptionist experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required
  • Prior automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Answer high inbound call volume on multi-line phone system
  • Greet and assist visitors promptly and courteously
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers and team members
  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
  • Support dealership staff with information and directions
  • Maintain tidy and organized front desk area
