Job Requirements

Active student currently attending cosmetology or barber school
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills to manage customer records and transactions
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Capable of standing for extended periods
Reliable and punctual
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school
Scheduled to graduate from cosmetology school soon
Basic knowledge of salon services and retail products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including peak times
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
General knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendation
Manage the flow of customers between check in and the service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Manage answering phone
Inform customers about services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including peak times
Dedication to great customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
