Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and Wait Time Monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Demonstrate general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage the flow of customers between check in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby
- Answer phone inquiries professionally
- Inform customers about salon services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists with maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- Dedicate to delivering great customer service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
