Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 12 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • experience with property management or scheduling systems a plus
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to handle high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to exercise sound judgment
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to read, analyze, and write business communications
  • ability to manage physical demands including prolonged sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of light items

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 12 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • experience with property management or scheduling systems a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, direct inquiries appropriately
  • manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to general inquiries
  • notify staff of visitor arrivals
  • maintain and manage meeting room schedules and reservations
  • log, date-stamp, and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
  • maintain employee directories
  • create resident service requests in the work order management system
  • assist residents with appointments and scheduling through designated systems
  • create resident ID photos
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area in compliance with established procedures, rules, and regulations
  • keep track of appointment activity and provide a weekly summary
  • maintain flexibility to support operational needs
