Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 12 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- experience with property management or scheduling systems a plus
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to handle high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to exercise sound judgment
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to read, analyze, and write business communications
- ability to manage physical demands including prolonged sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of light items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 12 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- experience with property management or scheduling systems a plus
- strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, direct inquiries appropriately
- manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to general inquiries
- notify staff of visitor arrivals
- maintain and manage meeting room schedules and reservations
- log, date-stamp, and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
- maintain employee directories
- create resident service requests in the work order management system
- assist residents with appointments and scheduling through designated systems
- create resident ID photos
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area in compliance with established procedures, rules, and regulations
- keep track of appointment activity and provide a weekly summary
- maintain flexibility to support operational needs
