Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma and/or GED
- Must have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience
- Hotel experience is highly desirable
- Must possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Providing the highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all time
- Handling confidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies
- Answering and routing calls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracy
- Greeting and completing established check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requested
- Receiving and transmitting mail, packages and messages for clients
- Keeping lobby and desk area clean and presentable
- Performing other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
