Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma and/or GED
  • Must have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience
  • Hotel experience is highly desirable
  • Must possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Providing the highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all time
  • Handling confidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies
  • Answering and routing calls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracy
  • Greeting and completing established check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requested
  • Receiving and transmitting mail, packages and messages for clients
  • Keeping lobby and desk area clean and presentable
  • Performing other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
