Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of receptionist administrative or office support experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in calendar and meeting coordination
- Ability to support HR initiatives and projects
- Comfortable handling vendor relationships and companywide programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required additional education in business or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist administrative or office support role
- Experience supporting multiple teams or leadership is a plus
- Experience coordinating meetings events or vendors preferred
- Human Resources support experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and team members delivering a warm professional and welcoming experience
- Manage incoming communications phone email Teams and other platforms ensuring accurate and timely routing
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception area and shared spaces including café and coffee stations
- Monitor and restock supplies to ensure a safe and fully functional environment
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership including calendar coordination meeting and conference room scheduling meeting preparation and logistics
- Support administrative teams with day-to-day operations and special projects
- Assist Human Resources with data entry document management engagement and recognition programs HR initiatives and special projects
- Administer the companywide name badge program including creation updates inventory and coordination
- Maintain company directories and coordinate vendor material distribution
- Provide backup support for mailroom operations including sorting distribution and package handling
- Assist in planning and executing company events and activities including logistics setup and follow-up
