Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
  • Operate the switchboard to handle calls across 1-10 lines with accuracy
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and address inquiries or concerns
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain reception area orderliness and ensure supplies are stocked
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay messages and updates
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
