Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
- Operate the switchboard to handle calls across 1-10 lines with accuracy
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and address inquiries or concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor
- Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain reception area orderliness and ensure supplies are stocked
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay messages and updates
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
