- 1-2 years experience in healthcare preferred
- excellent computer abilities
- familiarity with medical terminology
- bilingual or bicultural in Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all incoming phone calls
- perform scheduling and registration
- greet visitors and facilitates patient flow while promoting a positive patient experience
- complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
- assist in maintaining patient records and office statistical data
- support the overall operation and efficiency of the clinic
- create and maintain a professional and caring environment
