Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Effective communication skills with residents, families, and coworkers

- Knowledge of facility policies for safety and disaster preparedness, residents' rights, and universal precautions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors of the campus in a warm and pleasant manner
- Answers incoming calls on a multi-line system both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner as well as directs caller to the appropriate associate
- Provide callers with information such as facility address, directions to facility location, facility fax number, website, and other related information
- Coordinates pick up and deliveries from mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing
- Conduct sale of guest meals, meal tickets and employee meals
- Sort and distribute weekend newspapers according to list provided
- Conduct resident trust transactions
