Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop
  • High school student or qualifying business/office management degree
  • Interest in art, architecture and engineering related pursuits is a plus
  • Available to work every day at the office

Job Duties

  • Open front door for visitors and couriers with deliveries
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process and log visitor and employee information as necessary
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate employees
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Check office inventory and provide a list of needed supplies
  • Assist in preparing conference rooms for meetings and Lunch & Learns
  • Facilitate team building/fun activities over lunch breaks for better connections amongst hybrid employees
  • Maintain a clean reception area and decorate for holidays/festivities
  • Support architects with office tasks like organizing project files
  • Perform data entry in Excel and Ajera (project management system)
  • Learn MasterSpecs to enter specifications and design standards in drawings with guidance from a Designer or Project Manager
