Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- considerable knowledge of general office procedures and processes
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- familiarity with Google Apps
- excellent customer service skills
- effective time management skills
- ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, students, parents, external agencies, vendors, and community
- no certification or license required

- experience in clerical related field preferred
- knowledge of general office procedures and processes
- proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Performs general office duties to support school or office activities
- receives telephone calls and greets visitors
- processes incoming and outgoing mail
- assists other staff members
- responds to requests for information
- maintains and updates records
- prepares documents
- administers medication to students following policies and procedures
- maintains an organized health room including ordering health supplies
- provides first aid treatment to students as needed
- notifies employees of visitors, mail, or materials
- assists administrators and staff with typing and word processing tasks
- maintains routine office files and student records
- supervises and responds to student needs
- contacts parents and guardians as necessary
- performs other related duties as assigned
