Job Duties
- Serve as the face of the company by warmly welcoming employees and visitors, anticipating needs, and ensuring a positive and memorable first impression
- Deliver a high-touch hospitality experience, including offering beverages, managing coat/bag storage, and attending to guest comfort
- Coordinate and process preclearance requests accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless arrival experience
- Manage high-volume phone lines with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls appropriately
- Maintain a polished, organized reception area that reflects the firm's standards
- Provide coverage across reception desks as needed to ensure consistent service levels
- Partner with colleagues to support special projects and enhance overall workplace experience
