As the first point of contact within the organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and effective communication and operational efficiency. This part-time, regular position based in Chicago operates within the Marketing and Admin business class and offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $26, dependent on experience, skills, education, and location. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting employees and visitors, scheduling conference calls, managing mail and faxes, processing word documents such as letters and reports, ordering office supplies, assisting administrative staff, and performing other related duties as needed. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment while upholding confidentiality and excellent communication standards. - High school diploma or equivalent
