  • Must be enrolled in a cosmetology program or be a recent cosmetology graduate
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • Communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes, online check-in and the wait time monitor
  • Process transactions and issue receipts
  • Possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
  • Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • Manage answering phone calls
  • Inform customers about services
  • Update customer records with contact information
  • Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • Commit to work a flexible schedule including peak times
  • Dedicate to great customer service
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively resolve customer issues
