Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions

- Collect copays and process basic administrative tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction
- Support the team with various front desk duties as needed
