Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree (Associate or higher) in Business Administration or related field, preferred
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Training or certification in office administration or customer service
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse client base, is a plus
Job Duties
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to the correct contacts
- Perform general office duties including filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to support administrative staff and management
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing communications and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
