Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree (Associate or higher) in Business Administration or related field, preferred
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Training or certification in office administration or customer service
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse client base, is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to the correct contacts
  • Perform general office duties including filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to support administrative staff and management
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing communications and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
