Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and emails
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events conferences and meetings
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless teamwork
- Provide administrative support to other departments or teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and business practices
- Report incidents and complaints according to policy
