  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and emails
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events conferences and meetings
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless teamwork
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or teams as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and business practices
  • Report incidents and complaints according to policy
