Job Requirements

  • High school diploma generally required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation and customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative and reliability with given tasks

Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter the office and administer any sign-in activities
  • Direct person(s) to correct destination
  • Control site access through management of visitor badge process
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
  • Monitor site cameras and alarms and notify responsible parties as needed
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Aid in emergency response activities
  • Perform administrative support activities for various departments
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence in Bridgewater NJ office, assisting with office management and coordination
  • Manage onsite snack program, including pantry maintenance and keeping conference spaces neat and fully stocked
  • Support in event planning such as team-building activities and holiday celebrations
  • Complete all catering requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
