Job Qualifications

- Proficiency with computer systems and hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain organized under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Basic math and cash handling skills for processing payments and billing

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails related to reservations and guest services
- Process payments, verify billing details, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address service requests
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
