Job Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a corporate office setting
- Proficiency with iOS and macOS-based systems
- Professional written and interpersonal communication skills
- Skilled in time management and task prioritization
- Experience with guest registration applications and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated experience with calendar management tools and conference room booking systems
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Job Qualifications
- Previous reception experience in a tech company environment
- Experience working in a secure or badge-controlled environment
- Ability to quickly grasp new technology workflows and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle conflict appropriately
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills
- Comfortable working with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships
- Maintains professional composure while effectively addressing issues that arise
- Experience training or mentoring other reception staff
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and act as first-level support for employees, vendors, and guests
- Greet and connect guests with their Apple host
- Issue temporary badges
- Direct employees to conference rooms
- Respond to general email inquiries
- Answer corporate phone calls
- Build cross-functional relationships among departments in the building
- Support administrative tasks
- Maintain general security awareness
- Ensure common areas are well-maintained by submitting tickets as necessary to ensure compliance with current standards
