Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • sales or marketing experience

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • schedule clients according to their preferences
  • help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • perform other duties as assigned
