Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience as a receptionist in a professional office setting
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience handling multiple line telephone systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work in an in-office setting
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience with supervisory or training responsibilities is preferred

- 1+ years experience as a receptionist with a professional firm
- Demonstrate customer service focus

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable with multiple line telephone systems
- Supervisory or training experience
Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties throughout the firm
- Welcome and greet visitors, in person or on the phone
- answer questions and direct them to waiting areas and conference rooms
- Log-in guests and issue identification badges to maintain security
- Track and schedule meetings and conference rooms
- Provide administrative support to several departments
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Connect with and support all levels of personnel including clients and internal employees
